Wow that first picture seriously looks pro!
Yea, professional cheapskate.
Pretty nice. It's amazing how much more character is brought out in a natural light photo than with 'canned' flash. Of course, tou have to have enough available light and time. As far as photo memories of kids, thoughm you should have a hi-def video camera as well. Best entertainment around.
